Meet Margaret

Born and raised in Houston, Margaret Wolfenberger is a trusted real estate advisor whose business is built on relationships, integrity, and a genuine love for this fabulous city. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Business and spending time living in New York, she returned to Houston, where she entered her first stint in the real estate industry working for a well-respected luxury homebuilder. That experience provided invaluable insight into home construction, design, quality, and the building process, and knowledge she continues to leverage today to help clients evaluate properties with a more informed perspective.

Before launching her second chapter in the Houston real estate market as a residential real estate advisor, Margaret spent nearly two decades in consultative software sales, where she developed expertise in strategic planning, relationship management, and guiding clients through complex decisions. Today, she combines that business acumen with her background in homebuilding to bring a highly organized, process-driven approach to every transaction, ensuring clients benefit from proactive communication, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from contract to close.

Deeply invested in the Houston community, Margaret is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and has served on the Episcopal High School Alumni Board. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and Labrador retriever, exploring Houston’s incredible restaurant scene, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. As both a real estate professional and a mother raising her family in Houston, Margaret is passionate about helping others find not just the right home, but the right community to put down roots and thrive.
